No fracture line, no T1‑hypointense marrow replacement, no bone tumour or osteochondral defect visible. The linear low signal in the distal tibial metaphysis (slices 21–23) is the physeal scar – normal. **High confidence normal.**\n- Calcaneal tuberosity/Achilles insertion: no enthesophyte or marrow signal change. No Haglund deformity apparent. **Medium–high.**\n\n**Joints / fluid**\n- Anterior tibiotalar recess (slices 14–17): intermediate-signal soft tissue/possible small effusion or mild synovial thickening anterior to the talar dome. Cannot be characterised on T1 alone. **Low confidence.**\n- Subtalar and sinus tarsi region (slices 11–13): fat and interosseous ligaments preserved; no obvious cyst or scarring. **Medium.**\n\n**Tendons**\n- Achilles tendon (slices 10–18): uniformly low signal, normal tapering, Kager's fat intact, no intratendinous signal or thickening seen on this sequence. **Medium–high normal.**\n- Peroneal tendons (lateral, slices 12–15): rounded low-signal tendons in the retro/inframalleolar groove; slightly prominent appearance of the posterolateral tendon complex but no clear split, subluxation or fluid on T1. **Low confidence (probable normal variant/no definite tenosynovitis).**\n- Posterior tibial, FDL, FHL (medial): normal size and signal.
