No definite osseous coalition or destructive change seen on this series.\n   - **Confidence:** **Medium-low**\n\n3. **Mild lateral ankle/peri-ligamentous fluid signal**\n   - **Location:** Lateral ankle near the distal fibula/lateral gutter.\n   - **Description:** Mild hyperintense fluid/edema-like signal adjacent to the lateral malleolar region. A low-grade lateral collateral ligament sprain cannot be excluded on these coronal images, but no definite complete ligament discontinuity is visible here.\n   - **Confidence:** **Low-medium**\n\n## Otherwise, on this coronal fat-suppressed series\n\n- **Bones:** No definite acute fracture, marrow edema, osteonecrosis, or focal talar dome osteochondral defect is visible. **Confidence: high**\n- **Cartilage:** No clear focal full-thickness cartilage defect identified at the tibiotalar joint on these images. **Confidence: medium**\n- **Ligaments:** Deltoid and lateral ligament complexes are not optimally assessed on this coronal-only review; no definite complete tear seen. **Confidence: medium-low**\n- **Tendons:** Visualized Achilles, peroneal, medial flexor, and anterior extensor tendons appear grossly intact without definite tear or marked tenosynovitis on these slices. **Confidence: medium**\n- **Soft tissues:** No focal fluid collection or mass identified.
