"respuesta": "**Limited assessment:** These are sampled **coronal T1-weighted images**, not a complete ankle MRI. Cartilage, marrow edema, ligament tears, and small amounts of joint/tendon-sheath fluid cannot be reliably assessed without the other planes and fluid-sensitive sequences.\n\n### Abnormal or potentially abnormal findings\n\n| Location | Description | Confidence |\n|---|---|---|\n| **Posteromedial tibial plafond** | Small focal region of subchondral low T1 signal with mild articular/subchondral contour irregularity, most apparent on approximately images 10–12. This may represent chronic subchondral sclerosis or a small chronic osteochondral abnormality. No clearly displaced fragment or sizable subchondral cyst is demonstrated. | **Medium** |\n| **Anterior tibiotalar joint margins** | Mild irregularity and small marginal bony prominences along the anterior distal tibia and adjacent dorsal talar margin. These could reflect residual/recurrent osteophytic change and/or remodeling following the reported osteophyte resection. No large anterior spur is evident. | **Medium** |\n| **Anterolateral ankle gutter / anterior lateral ligament region** | Ill-defined intermediate-to-low-signal soft-tissue thickening, compatible with chronic capsuloligamentous scarring in the setting of prior sprain and surgery. The ATFL is not adequately delineated to determine whether it is intact or chronically torn. | **Medium** |\n| **Medial ankle gutter / deep deltoid region** | Somewhat bulky, low-signal tissue below the medial malleolus, with limited visualization of the normal internal ligamentous striation. Chronic ligament remodeling/scarring is possible, but cannot be distinguished confidently from normal ligament appearance on this series. | **Low** |\n\n### Other assessed structures\n\n- **Bones:** Alignment is maintained. No visible acute fracture, collapse, or destructive osseous lesion. No definite focal **talar-dome** osteochondral defect. Marrow edema cannot be excluded on T1 images.\n- **Cartilage:** Overall tibiotalar joint space is reasonably preserved; no gross diffuse full-thickness cartilage loss is demonstrated. The cartilage over the tibial-plafond finding is not adequately resolved.\n- **Subtalar joint:** No definite coalition or advanced degenerative change is demonstrated.\n- **Other ligaments:** Insufficiently characterized to exclude chronic partial tears; no definite ligament discontinuity can be established.\n- **Tendons:** No convincing gross tear or marked thickening of the visualized Achilles, peroneal, medial flexor, or anterior extensor tendons. Small split tears and tenosynovitis remain poorly assessed.\n- **Joint fluid/soft tissues:** No large joint effusion, discrete soft-tissue mass, or sizable fluid collection is visible.\n\n**Principal findings:** Suspected small chronic posteromedial tibial-plafond subchondral abnormality, mild anterior joint-margin remodeling, and probable anterolateral capsuloligamentous scarring. These require confirmation on the complete MRI."
