Ligaments: The anterior talofibular ligament is attenuated, consistent with chronic sprain. The calcaneofibular ligament is intact. The posterior talofibular ligament is intact. The deltoid ligament complex is intact. The syndesmotic ligaments are intact. Tendons: The flexor hallucis longus tendon is intact. The flexor digitorum longus tendon is intact. The peroneus longus tendon is intact. The peroneus brevis tendon is intact. The tibialis anterior tendon is intact. The extensor hallucis longus tendon is intact. The extensor digitorum longus tendon is intact. The Achilles tendon is intact. The plantar fascia is intact. Muscles: No acute muscle injury. No significant muscle atrophy. Joint fluid/soft tissues: No significant joint effusion. No significant soft tissue swelling. No discrete soft tissue mass. IMPRESSION:
